What Is MAP?

‘MAP’ is a three-month interactive learning and action plan program designed to help you “review, create and test”, your marketing training for maximum success.

MAP is designed to answer all your questions on the relevancy on marketing strategies to your business, so that you can make an informed decision on progressing growth.

Why is this available?

The feedback and success from past mentoring based, and sales focussed programs, has led to the demand for a more overall marketing focus program for business development.

Over three months, you will work with fellow participants meeting each fortnight, weekdays, for 3 hours per workshop, to focus on specific marketing topics. The marketing topics have been designed to assist you to develop ‘tailored’ strategic marketing skills, learn how to implement and maximise outcomes.

The small group model has been highly successful in developing key strategies and implementing them within a supportive and entrepreneurial environment.

Who Should Attend?

Business owners, marketing managers or any team members whose role is within the marketing department.

7 Key Outcomes

This program will assist you to:

  1. Review your current Marketing Plan
  2. Identify “what’s working” and “what’s not” and refine your Marketing Plan to ‘work’
  3. Develop a Marketing Plan for your business
  4. Develop a comprehensive knowledge of the top 25 marketing strategies businesses are embracing
  5. Implement a range of marketing strategies most relevant to your product/service and their target market
  6. Increase your marketing awareness, number of enquiries and sales
  7. Energise you passion for your business, your products/service and your clients

Each session will also feature Guest Speakers – successful business entrepreneurs sharing their ideas on marketing programs which “have worked successfully’ and ‘not worked successfully’

Post Program Support

Participants will be eligible for our 6 month offsite support system.
