‘Best Customer Service’ Action Program

This is not a ‘workshop’ or a seminar. ‘Best Customer Service’ Action Program, is 3 month program designed to assist Customer Service personnel to build stronger relationships with both internal and external customers. The Program has been highly successful in developing new skills, implement a support porgram to ensure changes in behaviour.

Who Should Attend?

Customer Service Managers, Account Managers and all staff who are undertaking the role of servicing inbound calls, building optimum customer satisfaction.

Outcomes

  • Master the ability to develop new selling opportunities from existing customers
  • Master the ability to convert customer complaints into selling opportunities
  • Build confidence and successfully ask for referrals
  • Learn how to set and achieve targets in a customer service environment

Post-Program Support

Participants will be eligible for our ‘Forever’ offsite support system and our ‘Close The Sale’ Part 2 Advanced Program.
